Bizplay collects the personal data of users of the bizplay.ee website and other subdomains administered by Bizplay (“Bizplay Platform”). Collection and use of personal data enable us to provide you services, applications and subscription packages on the Bizplay Platform, including Bizplay Academy, Bizplay Games App and Bizplay Village services and courses for the purpose of conducting Bizplay games and courses for players, enabling the purchase of products offered in the Bizplay online store and improving your user experience on the Bizplay Platform. Bizplay collects and uses personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) which explains, among other things, what personal data Bizplay collects, what do we use this data for and who has access to the personal data.
Bizplay’s Privacy Policy has been prepared and personal data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia.

In this Privacy Policy, “personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
We are constantly developing and improving the Bizplay Platform in attempt to make it more convenient and enjoyable to users. To do this, we need to know which information is of most interest to users of the Bizplay Platform, how frequently users visit the Bizplay Platform, which web browsers and/or devices are they using, how do users navigate on the Bizplay Platform etc.
When you visit the Bizplay Platform, certain data may be collected without you noticing it, through use of various technologies such as cookies, web tags and web beacons, and navigation data may also be collected (log files, server logs, click data, web scripts). Some of the information is automatically transmitted by your web browser or mobile device – e.g. the URL of the website you are browsing or visited previously, the IP address of your computer or mobile device and the version of your web browser – and we also store the time of your visit to the Bizplay Platform and the pages that you visit on the Bizplay Platform.

The legal basis for collecting personal data is the performance of our contract with you (or the company represented by you) or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract in order to provide you (or the company represented by you) services on the Bizplay Platform, and/or our legitimate interest in developing the Bizplay Platform and the services.
To create your user account on the Bizplay Platform, we may request you to enter your name, date of birth and personal code, place of residence, information on your identity document, mobile phone number, e-mail address and your preferred username and password. For business customers (notably educational institutions), we may also request you to provide information on your position, general information and contact details of the represented entity and your authority (right of representation).

If you place an order for a paid service on the Bizplay Platform or for products offered in the online store, we collect information on your payments and transactions and other transaction data such as the payment method, bank account number and owner of the account, name of the bank and other relevant information. If you do not have a user account on the Bizplay Platform, we also collect the personal data mentioned in Section 1.2 of this Privacy Policy when you purchase any products offered in the online store.
The legal basis for collecting transaction data is the performance of our contract with you as a natural person, or our legitimate interest, if the contract is between us and an entity represented by you.
We process the collected personal data to fulfil our obligations under applicable accounting and tax laws. In such case, processing of personal data is based on mandatory legal provisions which require us to process personal data.
If you submit a query to us through the Bizplay Platform, we process your contact details and the content of the query in order to respond to you.

The legal basis for sending you marketing communications is your consent or our legitimate interest in promoting the Bizplay Platform and providing you information on Bizplay and the services offered on the Bizplay Platform. Most of your personal data will be retained during the course of you customer relationship with Bizplay, i.e. until your user account (if any) on the Bizplay Platform is active. We may retain this data for up to 2 years after your user account on the Bizplay Platform is terminated. Some personal data might be retained after your customer relationship with us has ended, if required or allowed by applicable laws and regulations. For example, we shall retain accounting source documents (such as copies of contracts or invoices) for 7 years as of the end of the relevant accounting year, as required by applicable law. We will retain personal data relating to the contract for 10 years after termination of the contract in line with the maximum statutory limitation period for intentional breaches.
When your personal data is no longer required by laws or regulations or in connection with the rights or obligations of either party, we will permanently delete your personal data unless you have instructed us otherwise or we have agreed on a longer data retention period.
